The Café at Osceola Lake Inn Is Taking Shape
Something new is brewing at Osceola Lake Inn in Hendersonville, North Carolina.
The café space is currently coming together as a cozy spot for coffee, baked goods, and relaxed conversation. For now, the focus will be simple and welcoming, with plans to expand the food menu as the space continues to evolve.
The café will open during our grand opening weekend, April 10–12, and will be open to both inn guests and the Hendersonville community.
Regular hours will be:
Wednesday & Thursday — 8am–8pm
Friday & Saturday — 8am–9pm
Sunday — 10am–8pm
The seating is one of the most interesting parts of the space. Some of the café booths actually came from the set of a well-known television show — we’ll let visitors guess which one.
Like much of Osceola Lake Inn, the café reflects the playful personality of the owners. If you remember the elaborate whole-floor haunted house they created here last Halloween, you already know they enjoy leaning into a little bit of atmosphere.
You’ll see that spirit in the lighting throughout the room. Some fixtures glow like flickering candles, giving the space a slightly mysterious warmth in the evenings.
We’ve also all been impressed with Fiona’s unexpected talent for hanging light fixtures, while Shawna continues to prove that painting random decorative objects white and placing them confidently on shelves is, in fact, a design skill.
As the café settles in, we’ll also be experimenting with pop-up speakeasy nights, which should add a fun layer to the evenings here.
During the day, the space will be perfect for small meetups, casual work sessions, or catching up with friends over coffee.
This is just the beginning, and the café will continue to grow and change as the inn develops.
We’ll keep sharing updates as the space comes together.
If you’re looking for a cozy café in Hendersonville, we hope you’ll stop by Osceola Lake Inn and see it for yourself
